We also have relevant experience and excellent results in the filing and processing of actions seeking constitutional protection.
Criminal litigation
Our key field of expertise is high-complex criminal litigation, be it as Defence Attorneys or as Complainants in criminal cases of any nature. We possess experience in financial and tax-related crimes, offences by public officials, sexual and violent crimes, cybercrime, environmental crimes and workplace accidents, legal person’s criminal liability, among others.
Compliance
We also provide services for the design and implementation of compliance programs in line with requirements set in place by Law No 20.393, as well as compliance and control programs for the prevention of corruption and money laundering, in line with both national and international requirements, such as those established by the Financial Analysis Unit.

Habeas Corpus
Our firm has prior experience and excellent results in the lodging and handling of Habeas Corpus and other constitutional recourses before the different Appeals Courts of the country, and the Supreme Court, regarding actions – or inactions – which affect or endanger the personal freedom or security of any individual (Habeas Corpus); or that affect or endanger any of the Constitutional Rights protected by Article 20 of the Constitution (Constitutional Protection Recourse – rights such as life, property, intimacy or honour, among others)
