Our main area of practice is focused on highly complex criminal litigation. At the same time, we provide our services for the design and implementation of compliance programs in accordance with the requirements of Law No. 20,393. We also have relevant experience and excellent results in the filing and processing of actions seeking constitutional protection.
Our key field of expertise is high-complex criminal litigation, be it as Defence Attorneys or as Complainants in criminal cases of any nature. We possess experience in financial and tax-related crimes, offences by public officials, sexual and violent crimes, cybercrime, environmental crimes and workplace accidents, legal person’s criminal liability, among others.
